We strive to deliver the best possible digital solutions and experiences. However, we understand that sometimes things may not align with expectations. If you've opted for a full refund, here's what you need to know about what happens to your website afterward.
14-Day Window Before Deactivation
Once the refund is successfully processed, your website will remain active for 14 more days. This grace period is provided to give you sufficient time to back up your content, copy text, images, and any other essential data from your website.
Why Can’t the Website Be Migrated Elsewhere?
Your website was built on a dedicated enterprise-grade Wix server, which has been provisioned exclusively for our organization. This is a private infrastructure arrangement that comes with advanced features, custom licensing, and enhanced server capabilities.
Because of this unique setup:
Your website cannot be migrated to the standard Wix environment available to the general public.
It is not compatible with third-party hosting platforms.
The platform infrastructure is tightly integrated with our enterprise agreement, making transitions outside of it technically unfeasible.
What Are Your Options?
After the 14-day window, your website will no longer function. However, you have full flexibility during this time to:
Download and back up your content.
Choose a new website agency to help you with future development.
Redevelop your site on any platform of your choice—be it Wix (public version), WordPress, Shopify, or others.
We understand this may be an unexpected situation, and we’re here to support you through the transition as much as possible.
