Why Domain & Email Verification Is Beyond the Scope of Our Service

Many of our customers use third-party email marketing tools like Mailchimp to run professional campaigns. While we fully encourage these efforts and want you to get the best out of your marketing tools, it’s important to clarify where our service scope begins and ends.
Domain Management Is Handled by Your Domain Provider
We do not handle domain registration. To verify your domain on Mailchimp, you’ll need to log in to your domain provider’s portal (such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, etc.).
Email Accounts Are Controlled by Your Email Provider
We also do not manage email accounts or email hosting. If you’ve lost access to your email address (or multiple emails under your domain), you’ll need to reach out to your email provider (such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, etc.) to regain access.
Without access to your domain email account, Mailchimp won’t be able to verify your sender email ID.
Our Scope of Support
Our service is focused on helping you with website-related deliverables and integrations—but domain verification and email account recovery fall under the responsibility of your domain/email providers.
Final Note
We understand that dealing with multiple providers can feel complex, but this separation of responsibility ensures better security and control for you. To complete your Mailchimp verification, please:
Log in to your domain provider.
Contact your email provider if you need help regaining access to your email account.
Once that’s set up, Mailchimp will quickly verify your domain, and you’ll be ready to launch your campaigns successfully.
